You can send your remittance in various currencies. Beneficiary will receive money in the form of local currency.

The exact amount of money that can be sent will depend upon the government rules and regulations of the respective sending and pay-out countries.
In order to send money, there requires the recipient's first and last name, their phone number and address.
You can also directly deposit money into their account, for which you will require your recipient’s bank details including their bank account number.
For this you just need to visit our website and locate the ‘Track Money Transfer’ link on the homepage. Then type in the IME Remit control number and date of transaction. You will then be updated on the latest status of your money transfer.

You can safely remit the funds through cash, debit card, credit card and bank account.

You can collect your money from any one of IME's principal companies, branch or agents around the world. You will need a valid identification card and the unique eleven digit IME Control Number (ICN) provided by the sender. Fill out the remittance claim form mentioning your personal & the sender's details. Handover the duly filled form to the IME center personnel.
For this, the recipient can withdraw the funds in the form of cash (currency of the particular country), bank account transfer as well as in IME Pay mobile wallet.
As soon as the transaction detail is fed into system, receiver can collect his/her money at the instance within the office time. In case of account transfer, it will take 1 working day.
No, IME Remit does not possess any charges to the receiver at the time of withdrawing the money. The Beneficiary can withdraw the money free of cost.
Any Government authorized document with your photo with validity is accepted; Citizenship, Driving License, Passport or any other national ID.

In IME Pay app, Go to Remittance option>Receive Money>Fill the Country, Control Number and Expected amount provided by the sender.
Note: The name and amount given by the sender and the name registered in IME Pay wallet with the expected amount should match in order to receive the remitted amount. Also, the KYC should be verified in IME Pay App.
