The Fine Print (Terms & Conditions)

Transparency is why you trust us. Here is what you need to know:

  • Eligibility: Exclusive to Nepali nationals residing in Saudi Arabia using the Tiqmo app to send money to Nepal.
  • Selection Process: Winners will be selected through a transparent digital lucky draw.
  • Weekly: iPhone 17 (12 total).
  • Monthly: Yadea Owin EV Scooter (2 total).
  • Campaign End: The Mega BYD Atto 1.
  • Reward Fulfillment: Prizes are to be claimed in Nepal. The 25% windfall tax and vehicle registration fees as per Nepal Government law must be covered by the winner.
  • Validation: Keep your transaction receipts. You will need your Tiqmo transaction ID and a valid ID (Passport/ Citizenship ID) to claim your prize.
  • Non-Exchangeable: Prizes are a token of our appreciation and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.
  • Rights: IME reserves the right to use the winners’ names and photos for promotional content.
  • Exchange Rates are not Fixed.
  • Only transactions sent using Tiqmo app qualify for the draw.
