Steps to collect your money

Step 1

Visit your nearest IME Counter to collect your remittance money. Our agent partners include IME Centers, retail locations, banks, financial institutions and co-operatives.

Step 2

Carry a valid government recognized identity card and the unique IME Control Number (ICN) provided by the sender, while visiting these counters.

Step 3

Fill out the remittance claim form readily available at these IME counters with your KYC details, remittance related information and submit your ID document and ICN to the personnel to verify details against the system.

Step 4

Once the details are verified with no discrepancies, the IME counter hands you with your remittance money along with a copy of remittance claim form for your reference and record.
