1. The campaign is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026.

2. The campaign is valid only for money transfers made from UAE to Nepal through BOTIM via IME.

3. Eligible cash-pickup, bank-deposit, and mobile-wallet transactions created during the campaign period will be automatically entered into the lucky draws.

4. Only successfully paid transfers qualify for participation in the lucky draws.

5. During the campaign period, eligible customers may win:

  • (2*13) total 26 weekly winners:  DishHome TV & Internet Packages, each providing a one-year TV and internet package.
  • (2*3) monthly total 6 monthly Winners: IME Hospitality One-Night Stay Packages.
  • 1 Hero Xpulse 200 motorcycle as the grand prize.

6. Winners will be selected through lucky draws conducted in accordance with the campaign criteria.

7. Eligible IME and Botim customers who meet the stated criteria will be enrolled automatically.

8. Multiple transactions made by the same sender to the same receiver on the same day will be counted as one lucky-draw entry.

9. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details available with the company.

10. The company reserves the right to make the final decision if a winner cannot be contacted within seven days of the draw date.

11. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, IME and Botim may use winners’ names, photographs, and relevant information for official campaign and promotional purposes.

12. The campaign period, draw dates, prize-distribution dates, and other campaign details may change at the company’s discretion.

13. This campaign is exclusively for eligible IME and Botim customers. Employees of IME & Botim, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and associated entities are not eligible to participate.

14. Prizes are non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or another alternative unless determined otherwise by the company.

15. Prizes and winnings may be subject to applicable taxes in the country of residence and/or Nepal. Winners are solely responsible for any personal, advance, withholding, or other applicable taxes arising from prizes or rewards.

16. All rewards are subject to verification and validation. The company may delay reward delivery for verification, investigation, or another reason it considers appropriate.

17. The company may refuse, suspend, cancel, or disqualify any transaction or entry it reasonably believes is fraudulent, suspicious, irregular, in breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable policies, or likely to expose IME, BOTIM or their representatives to liability.

18. All decisions made by the company regarding eligibility, transactions, lucky draws, winner selection, rewards, verification, and prize distribution are final and binding.
