आइएमई रेमिट बन्यो सबैभन्दा धेरै आयकर तिर्ने रेमिट कम्पनी, चौथो पटक सम्मानित

आइएमई रेमिट विप्रेषणतर्फ सबैभन्दा धेरै आयकर तिर्ने कम्पनीका रूपमा सम्मानित भएको छ । आन्तरिक राजस्व विभागद्वारा बिहिबार आयोजित एक विशेष समारोहबीच नेपाल सरकार, अर्थ मन्त्रालयका राजश्व सचिब रामशरण पुडासैनीले आइएमई ग्रुपका अध्यक्ष चन्द्रप्रसाद ढकाललाई सो सम्मान प्रदान गर्नुभएको छ ।आन्तरिक राजस्व विभागले कर दिवसका अवसरमा गत मंसिरमा सबैभन्दा बढी कर तिर्ने १५ करदातालाई सम्मान गरेकोमा यो सूचीमा आइएमई विप्रेषण क्षेत्रमा पहिलो कम्पनीमा पर्न सफल भएको हो । बिहिबार आन्तरिक राजश्व कार्यालयले एक समारोहबीच सबैभन्दा बढी आयकर तिर्ने कम्पनीका रुपमा आइएमई रेमिटलाई सम्मान गरेको हो । यो कुराको घोषणा गत मंसिरमा कर दिवसको उपलक्ष्यमा गरिए पनि कोभिड १९ कारण कार्यक्रमहरु गर्न बन्देज लगाइएकोले सम्मानको कार्यक्रम औपचारिकरुपमा हुन सकेको थिएन । यसअघि यस आइएमईलाई लगातार तीन पटकसम्म नेपाल सरकारले यो सम्मान प्रदान गरिसकेको छ ।

नवौँ राष्ट्रिय कर दिवसका अवसरमा आज आइएमई सहित ती कम्पनीहरुलाई सम्मान प्रदान गरिएको छ । श्रमका लागि विदेशमा गएका युवाले आर्जन गर्ने रेमिट्यान्स बैंकिङ्ग सञ्जालमार्फत नेपाल भित्ररयाउने उद्देश्यले आजभन्दा २० वर्षअघि स्थापित आइएमईलाई नेपालको समग्र रेमिट्यान्स व्यवसाय संस्थागत गरेको श्रेय जान्छ । आइएमई विदेशबाट बैंकिङ च्यानलमार्फत नेपालमा विप्रेषण भित्र्याउने नेपालको पहिलो कम्पनी हो । नेपालको रेमिट्यान्स क्षेत्रको यो अगुवा संस्थाका कारण वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा गएका लाखौँ नेपालीलाई आफ्नो घरमा पैसा पठाउन सजिलो भएको छ । संसारका विभिन्न देशमा रहेको यो कम्पनीको यही सेवाका कारण धेरै जसो विदेशमा तथा स्वदेशमै रहेका नेपाली नागरिकहरुमाझ पनि आइएमआई गर्ने भन्ने एउटा पर्याय नै भएको छ ।

Agreement between IME Ltd. and Al Ahalia Exchange to expand remittance services through electronic medium

Ahalia Exchange UAE directly to IME Pay wallet in Nepal. Mr.Kamal Subba, Acting General Manager of Al Ahalia Exchange, said that he was happy to reach an agreement.

Kathmandu, 22 February 2021. Al Ahalia Exchange, a UAE-based company providing remittance services, and IME Limited, Nepal’s leading remittance service provider with its digital payment service provider, IME Pay have reached an agreement for P2P money transfer service. After the understanding, Nepali citizens who remit through IME can send the amount directly in the recipient’s IME Pay Wallet. After this agreement, Al Ahalia Exchange will be the first exchange to send money directly to Nepal from UAE through IME Pay wallet. This understanding is another important step for both companies in digital transformation. This has provided an opportunity for its clients in the UAE to connect to digital platforms. This opportunity has provided a new facility for the service recipients to receive remittances sent from Al Ahalia Exchange UAE directly to IME Pay wallet in Nepal. Mr.Kamal Subba, Acting General Manager of Al Ahalia Exchange, said that he was happy to reach an agreement with IME Digital Solution Ltd. and IME Limited to receive the remittance in IME Pay Wallet from millions of Nepali citizens scattered across the UAE for employment or business. Acting General Manager Subba added remittance can be sent directly to the recipient’s IME Pay registered mobile number.

Mr.Hem Raj Dhakal, Chairman of IME Digital Solution Ltd., a leading company of the IME Pay brand, said that it was very important for the recipients to be able to securely receive money in their wallets during the Corona Virus (Covid-19) pandemic. Stating that UAE is the main source of remittance to Nepal, Chairman Dhakal expressed confidence that UAE’s contribution to remittance to Nepal would increase with the expansion of this service. Nepal is considered to be the largest market in South Asia in remittance, which receives more than eight trillion remittances annually. Given that Nepal’s remittance market has been a top priority for the current exchange, the agreement is believed to add more convenience to the beneficiary. In order to encourage this service, IME Digital provides up to Rs. 60 as bonus to the recipient in the IME Pay Wallet for the remittance sent through Ahalia Exchange UAE.

Following the partnership, Unimoni Qatar will become the first exchange to send money directly from Qatar to Nepal’s in IME Pay.

This understanding is another important step for both companies in digital transformation. This has provided an opportunity for its customers in Qatar to connect to digital platforms. This opportunity has provided a new facility for the service recipients to receive remittances sent from Unimoni Qatar directly to IME Pay in Nepal.

“I am delighted to be able to reach partnership with IME Digital and IME Limited to make remittances sent by the thousands of Nepali nationals scattered across Qatar for employment or business from Unimoni Qatar available for receiving via IME Pay” said Floyd Johny, General Manager of Unimoni Qatar. Remittances can be sent to Nepal based on the mobile number registered with IME Pay and the name of the recipient, said General Manager Johnny.

No matter how difficult the situation, we have been taking the task of making remittance service more convenient, accessible and customer friendly as a business religion and we have been providing services accordingly. We express our heartfelt gratitude to the general service recipients for their continued support and assistance in our objective and commitment. We believe that we are in this place today only because of the trust we have earned by safely delivering the hard earned money of those who have worked abroad to their relatives.

At this time, like the rest of the world, we are in the grip of the Corona Virus. We are deeply saddened to hear the news that Nepali brothers and sisters living in the country and abroad (especially in the Gulf and Malaysia) have lost their lives due to the pandemic created by the Corona Virus (Covid-19) which started in late December. We offer our heartfelt condolences to all those who lost their lives in this pandemic and to their relatives. Also, we wish a speedy recovery to all those infected with this pandemic.

As a leading business entity in the country, IME has some social responsibilities. IME, which has been adhering to corporate social responsibility as its main duty, has developed a tradition of helping as much as possible in times of distress and has been continuing to do so since its inception. Therefore, at this time, we have decided to provide all possible assistance to the relatives of those who died abroad due to the Corona pandemic.

This season of festivals that we Nepalese celebrate with a passion has been rendered dull this year. That is why we have been unable to come up with a customer-oriented scheme that is put in place every year for the festive season. However, the arrangement of special services to be provided during the festival has been made as usual. We would like to inform here that we have decided to redirect the resources and means to be spent on a festive scheme towards a welfare scheme this year. We are confident that the affected families will be reassured by our efforts.

Therefore, taking into account the emergency humanitarian situation of Corona Virus (Covid-19), IME Limited has set up a trust fund, “IME Bharosa Kosh” to support the families in Nepal of those who have lost their lives to the virus abroad. This fund has been established by the company for the sole sacred purpose of human welfare. We invite applications from those who wish to receive financial assistance by fulfilling the prescribed conditions and documents to be sent to the following address.

  • Conditions: –
    1. The deceased must be a Nepali citizen.
    2. The deceased worker (work permit) must have gone abroad on a visa.
    3. Relatives of those who died abroad from January 1 to October 16, 2076 (December 16, 2076 to September 30, 2077) can apply by mid-Kartik 2077 by attaching the required details and attaching documents.
    4. IME shall have full authority to make the final decision on the amount of assistance to be distributed through the fund.

    3. Relationship with the deceased (with proof)

कोभिडका कारण विदेशमा ज्यान गुमाउनेका आफन्तलाई सहयोग गर्ने

कोशमा सन् २०२० को जनवरी १ देखि अक्टोबर १६ (२०७६ साल पुस १६ देखि २०७७ साल असोज ३०) सम्म कोभिड–१९ का कारण विदेशमा मृत्यु भएका नेपाली श्रमिकका नेपालमा हुने ईच्छुक आफन्तहरूले आवश्यक विवरण सहित पानीपोखरी, काठमाडौंमा अवस्थित आइएमई ग्रुपको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयहरूका साथै सवै प्रदेशमा अवस्थित प्रादेशिक कार्यालयहरूमा मिति २०७७ साल कार्तिक मसान्तसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नुहुनेछ ।

बैंक खातामा रकम पठाउँदा तुरुन्तै जम्मा ; अब झनै सजिलो

काठमाडौँ, ३० असार २०७७ । सेवाग्राहीहरुको सुविधालाई मध्यनजर गर्दै आइएमई मार्फत सोझै बैंक खाता तथा मोबाइल वालेटमा पैसा पठाउँदा तुरुन्तै (Real Time deposit)  जम्मा हुने व्यवस्था मिलाइएको छ । अब देश विदेशमा रहनुभएका सेवाग्राहीहरुले नेपालमा अवस्थित पचास भन्दा बढी बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरुमा डिपोजिट गरी यो सेवा सजिलैसँंग लिन सक्नुहुनेछ ।

आफ्नो स्थापना देखि नैे रेमिटेन्स सेवालाई प्रत्येक नेपालीको पहुँचसम्म पु¥याउन प्रतिबद्व यस कम्पनीले सेवा शुभारम्भको २०औँ वर्षसम्ममा नेपालका शहरी तथा ग्रामिण क्षेत्रलाई समेट्ने गरी २ सय २५ आइएमई सेन्टर सहित ७७ जिल्लाका करिव १२ हजार सव एजेन्ट र बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाका शाखामार्फत् विदेशमा कार्यरत नेपालीहरुले दःु ख गरि कमाएको रकम देशका विभिन्न भूगोलमा रहेका आफन्तको हातमा छिटो, छरितो, विश्वसनीय र सुरक्षित तवरबाट वितरण गर्दै आईरहेको छ ।

आइएमई डिजिटल सोलुसन लिमिटेडका बारेमाः–

झन्डै २५ हजार एजेण्ट आउटलेट संजाल भएको ‘आइएमई पे’ आइएमई ग्रुप अन्तर्गतको डिजिटल वित्तीय सेवाप्रदायक उत्पादन हो । नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको भुक्तानी तथा फर्छ्यौट विनियमावली– २०७२ बमोजिम आइएमई डिजिटलले दूरसञ्चार सञ्जालको माध्यमबाट मोबाइल वालेट सेवा प्रदान गर्ने अनुमति प्राप्त गरेको हो । यस्तो अनुमति पाउने आइएमई डिजिटल देशकै पहिलो भुक्तानी सेवा प्रदायक कम्पनी हो ।

आइएमई डिजिटलले ‘ आईएमई पे ’ ब्रान्ड अन्तर्गत मोबाइल वालेट सेवा उपलब्ध गराउनेछ र यसको मद्दतबाट सेवाग्राही आफैले अथवा एजेन्टहरूको सहयोग लिएर मोबाइल मार्फत् विभिन्न किसिमका भुक्तानी सम्बन्धी कार्य गर्न सक्नेछन्  । यसले व्यक्ति–व्यक्तिका बीचमा हुने सामान्य रकम ट्रान्सफर गर्ने सुविधादेखि लिएर विभिन्न अनलाइन तथा स्थलगत स्टोरहरूमा क्यु आर ९त्तच्० मार्फत भुक्तानी गर्ने, मोबाइल रिचार्ज गर्ने र विभिन्न घरयासी तथा कार्यालयका बीलहरू भुक्तानीमा सेवा प्रदान गर्दै आइरहेको छ ।  आइएमई डिजिटलले बैंकको सुविधाबाट वञ्चित तथा न्यून बैंकिङ्ग सुविधा प्राप्त नेपाली लगायत सम्पूर्ण सर्वसाधारण जनतालाई वित्तीय सेवाहरूको पहुँच उपलब्ध गराएर नेपालको वित्तीय समावेशीकरणमा योगदान पु¥याउने लक्ष्य लिएको छ ।

जापानस्थित क्योदाइ रेमिट्यान्स आइएमई अन्तर्गतको जीवनवीमा योजना

सस्तो, सुलभ र बिश्वसनिय रेमिट्यान्स सेवाको लागी परिचित रेमिट्यान्स कम्पनी क्योदाइ रेमिट्यान्स आइएमईले ‘ तपाईंको कमाइ अनी परिवारको सुरक्षा सँगसँगै ’ भन्ने प्रतिबद्धताका साथ आफ्ना सेवाग्राहीका लागि दुर्घटना जीवनबीमा योजना ल्याएको छ ।

योजना अन्तर्गत सेवाग्राहीले जापानबाट क्योदाइ रेमिट्यान्समार्फत परिवारका सदस्य वा अन्य ब्यक्तिलाई पैसा पठाउँदा नेपालमा भुक्तानी पाउनुहुने ब्यक्तिले भुक्तानी पाएको दिन देखी रु पाँच लाखको १ बर्षे दुर्घटना जीवनबीमा हुनेछ । क्योदाइ रेमिट्यान्स् आइएमईले आफ्ना सेवाग्राहीले गर्ने प्रत्येक कारोबारमा बोनस पोइन्ट दिने गरेको छ । यो दुर्घटना जीवनबीमा योजना ४० वा सोभन्दा बढी बोनस पोइन्ट हुने सेवाग्राहीमा लागु हुनेछ । सोही आधार बमोजिम जनवरी महिनामा जापानबाट नेपालमा पठाएको पैसाको भुक्तानी लिनुहुनेहरु मध्यबाट २,१३७ जनाको प्िरत ब्यक्ति रु. पाँच लाखको १ बर्षे दुर्घटना जीवनबीमा गरिएको जनाइएको छ । सम्पूर्ण बिमितहरुको नामाबली कम्पनीको अधिकारिक फेसबूक पेजमा प्रकाशित गरीएको छ ।

IME Group Chair Chandra Dhakal receives CIP award

IME Group Chairman Mr. Chandra Prasad Dhakal has been conferred on the Commercially Important Person (CIP) award by the Government of Nepal on Tuesday.

Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli awarded Dhakal amidst a special function organized at the City Hall, Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu.

Trade and Export Promotion Center (TEPC) provides CIP award to the traders and business organisations making outstanding contribution to the national economy.

Dhakal was conferred on the award for his outstanding contribution in the national trade by routing the remittance through banking channel.

Dhakal, who is also the vice president of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), has investment in banking, remittance and service sectors.

Dhakal had also received the award in 2014.

Twenty-five traders and business organizations received the award.
